Free IT Education
Annually from 2010, Equitychild will host the “Kids in Technology & Science” (KITS) free workshop for Nigerian Secondary Schools with technical cooperation from the Computer Science faculty professors of Champlain College, Vermont USA.

The inaugural KITS-2010 held in April in Kaduna, Nigeria where 50 students from 10 secondary schools (5 public, 5 private) were trained in computer programming basics and animation. The 10 schools won 10 free computers for their participation.

Free Clean Water Delivery with Solar Power
Equitychild is working in association with WATTCCON Ltd and WATERPURE Nigeria Limited to sponsor Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Solar Energy Powered, and Point-Of-Use Clean Water Filtration Devices for Selected Secondary Schools across the country in support of a greener environment and the UN MDG for Clean Water Access For 75% of Nigerians by 2015.
